As part of the “National Work Safety Month” initiative and to further raise employee safety awareness and emergency response capabilities, our company organized a fire safety and first aid training program, coupled with emergency drills, on June 11, 2026. By combining theoretical instruction with hands-on exercises, the program aimed to comprehensively enhance employees’ safety consciousness and ability to respond effectively to unexpected incidents.

The event began with a motivational address by Factory Director Mr. Yin Xiaodong. Director Yin emphasized that safety is the cornerstone of stable corporate development and the fundamental prerequisite for smooth production and operations. He urged all employees to prioritize safety at all times, recognize the significance of training and drills, and integrate safety awareness into every aspect of daily work to prevent incidents before they occur. Employees were encouraged to actively participate, acquire essential safety knowledge, and continuously improve both personal safety competence and emergency response skills.

Following the opening remarks, Mr. Jiang Qun conducted specialized training on fire safety. The session covered proper use of firefighting equipment such as extinguishers, fire blankets, sand, and hoses, as well as safety practices related to electric shock prevention, smoke exposure, liquid spill handling, and fire escape procedures. Through systematic explanations and case studies, employees gained deeper insight into fire safety, improved their ability to identify hazards, prevent risks, and respond to emergencies effectively.

After the theoretical session, all participants engaged in hands-on practice with firefighting equipment under professional guidance. Employees practiced using extinguishers with safe controlled fire sources, reinforcing correct operational techniques. This hands-on experience enhanced familiarity with initial fire suppression procedures and strengthened practical firefighting skills.

In the first aid training segment, Mr. Wang Bo focused on cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), automated external defibrillator (AED) use, and the Heimlich maneuver, demonstrating each technique in realistic scenarios. The training content was closely aligned with workplace and daily life applications, offering high practical value.

Employees then conducted practical drills using mannequins. Under instructor supervision, participants performed CPR and AED simulations and practiced standardized Heimlich maneuver procedures. The exercises deepened employees’ understanding of first aid and enhanced their ability to perform self-rescue and assist others during emergencies.

The program concluded with a workshop emergency evacuation drill. Upon activation of the alarm, all employees followed the established emergency plan, evacuating orderly to designated safe areas under the direction of on-site coordinators. The drill proceeded smoothly and efficiently, achieving its objectives of testing emergency plans, honing team coordination, and improving response capability.

This comprehensive fire safety and first aid training, combined with emergency drills, further strengthened employees’ safety awareness and sense of responsibility. It enhanced their ability to respond to fires and other emergencies, while testing the effectiveness of the company’s emergency management system and plans. Building on this initiative, the company will continue to reinforce safety education, regularly conduct inspections and drills, and steadily improve overall safety management, ensuring a solid foundation for the company’s safe and stable development.
