Electronic grade helium is a high-purity special rare gas. It is applicable to the production processes of precision electronics industries including semiconductors, optoelectronics, chip manufacturing and liquid crystal panels, serving as an indispensable process gas in electronic processing.

The production and purification of the product are implemented in strict accordance with the control standards for the electronic gas industry. For storage, the site shall be dry and well ventilated, kept away from grease, dust and high-temperature heat sources, with steel cylinders placed upright and secured. During handling and transportation, pipeline fittings shall be kept clean; cylinder valves shall be opened and closed slowly to avoid pollutants introduced by airflow impact.
