In line with the implementation of the June “Safety Production Month” initiatives, and to further strengthen safety accountability while comprehensively improving employees’ safety awareness and sense of responsibility, our company recently organized a dedicated on-site safety inspection and rectification campaign led by the Factory Director together with all production management personnel.

The inspection focused on key areas and critical processes within workshop safety management. It covered equipment operating conditions, electrical safety compliance, fire protection facilities, material storage and housekeeping in work areas, obstruction-free passageways, as well as employees’ adherence to operational procedures. The objective was to ensure a thorough and comprehensive hazard identification process with no blind spots.

During the inspection, the Factory Director and management team conducted walkthroughs across all production areas, carrying out simultaneous inspection, documentation, and analysis. Identified issues were reviewed individually, with on-site clarification of corrective directions and improvement requirements. For hazards that could be addressed immediately, prompt rectification was required. For issues requiring longer-term improvement, responsibilities and deadlines were clearly assigned to ensure corrective actions were implemented effectively and managed through a closed-loop system.

The Factory Director emphasized during the inspection that the core of safety management lies not only in equipment and systems, but more importantly in people’s awareness and behavior. At present and for the foreseeable future, enhancing employees’ safety awareness and sense of responsibility must remain the top priority of safety management. Through continuous on-site education, standardized operational requirements, and daily supervision by management personnel, employees should be guided to truly prioritize safety in mindset and strictly adhere to safety protocols in practice, gradually fostering a workplace culture where everyone values safety, observes safety rules, and takes responsibility for safety, ensuring that safety requirements are implemented at every position and in every operational detail.

In addition, targeted improvement measures were proposed for weaknesses identified during the inspection. These included further strengthening standardized operation management, improving on-site inspection and reminder mechanisms, and optimizing workplace organization and material management to continuously reinforce the foundation of site safety.

This special inspection, conducted during the “Safety Production Month,” has further strengthened the execution of on-site safety management and deepened employees’ awareness of safety responsibilities. Moving forward, the company will continue to improve its long-term hazard identification and rectification mechanism, conduct regular safety inspections and follow-up reviews, and continuously enhance overall safety competence and management standards, providing a solid foundation for the company’s stable and sustainable development.
