Reusable steel cylinders are common pressure vessels for industrial gas storage and transportation, widely applied in filling and transit of rare gases, refrigerants and other gases. Multiple usage regulations shall be followed for long-term recycling use to ensure overall operational stability.

For daily storage, place reusable steel cylinders in cool, dry and well-ventilated areas, away from heat sources, fire hazards and direct strong sunlight. Set them upright and fix firmly to prevent tipping and collision. Avoid long-term outdoor sun exposure and strictly control ambient storage temperature.

Before gas filling, inspect cylinder appearance, valve condition and sealing performance, and verify the cylinder is within valid inspection period. Conduct filling strictly in line with rated pressure and prohibit overpressure filling. Gases of different types are forbidden to be mixed and filled together.

Handle and transport cylinders with care. Dragging, impacting and throwing cylinders are strictly prohibited. Take firm protective measures during transit to reduce severe vibration. Open valves slowly and discharge gas evenly in use, and operators shall wear basic protective gear.

Carry out regular inspections including pressure resistance test and air tightness test in accordance with industrial standards, and replace aging accessories timely. Stop using and repair cylinders immediately once deformation, severe corrosion, valve air leakage and other faults are found; never use defective cylinders. Close valves tightly and seal properly after use to extend service life of reusable steel cylinders and meet long-term recycling demands of various gas industries.
